My family and I welcome you to Fornalutx, our award-winning village recognized as “One of the Most Beautiful Villages in the World.” Fornalutx is certainly beautiful, but it is also a welcoming place with great hospitality and kindness. It’s a place to relax, to get inspired, to hike in the mountains, to sail and swim in the Sea, and to take part in our many festivals.

We have lived in Fornaltux for many generation, and we are proud of our village, its history and it’s open, welcoming hospitality.

We hope to continue this tradition now and for decades and centuries to come. We offer our Homes for your rest, relaxation, and inspiration. Whether you rent a room or an entire house, we welcome you to make yourself comfortable. Enjoy the swimming pools and utilize our kitchen. Have a drink or two in our wine cellar. Barbecue in our back yard and eat at our table.

You may wish to relax and not leave the Ca’n Pera property; and that’s ok. But there is much to enjoy and discover here in Fornalutx and the surrounding Serra de Tramutana UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Village has wonderful cafes, restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops. We have a yoga studio and wellness center. There are world class hiking trails which wind through orange groves up to the top of the mountains and down to amazing places along the sea. Wherever you walk, or if you just look out our windows, there are amazing vistas which inspire and feed the soul.

Fornalutx is blessed with over 330 days of sunshine each year. There is no bad time to come during the year. The days are fresh and cool from November thru March, but the Sun usually shines bright. The outdoors are always beautiful. From April thru the Summer and much of the autumn, the days are warm, and our guests enjoy the swimming pool and our shaded grounds. Often our guests barbecue and share an outdoor meal together. It’s inspiring to watch as guests from places all around the world meet and get to know each other around the pool and then arranged to make and share a meal together. Later in the evening, some hang out in the wine cellar while others take a short walk to the local cafes and bars where they may join in with the village’s festivities.

Ca’n Pera Rooms at our Village House

The Ca’n Pera Village House is comfortable and relaxing. There are five guest rooms each with its own ensuite full bathroom. Each room has comfortable beds and excellent bedding, so you can rest well after a day of hiking or biking. Every room has ate least one window with a great view, so you can start each day with a breath of fresh air and beautiful mountain inspiration.

Enjoy our Comfortable Mountain Home. The house has 4 bedrooms, a big terrace, a swimming pool and spectacular mountains views.

The House is ideal for big families and small groups. Excellent hiking trails lead to alpine lakes, beauty beautiful beaches and the majestic mountain peaks.

Ca’n Pera Casa Rural Entera

More rustic and smaller than our other Mountain House, this home is ideal for a family, two couples or a small group of friends. There are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, plus 2 sofas in the living room. There are also two outdoor lounge chairs, so you can sleep out under the stairs if you wish!

It may be rustic, but the beds are comfortable, the views are amazing and it has its own small  Private Pool for you to enjoy after a joyful day of hiking.
